Natural food to ward off flu

  1. A cup of mixed vegetable juice per day
  2. Assorted fruits ( 3 to 4 different kinds ) per day
  3. Garlic broth : –  two big cloves of garlic, two onions , with any other kind of vegetables 
  4. Raw onion – as part of a salad or filling for bread
  5. Vegetable Salad-  eat different roots and  leafs
