Slimming methods

  • Self- discipline diet – Count the calories intake- not more than 1500 calories ( 3 meals of 500 calories each )
  • Undertake 2 to 3 hours of exercise per day burning off at least 500 to 600 calories 
  • Hay diet– not to eat meat together with starch ( i.e.  Starch can only go with  vegetables
  • Atkin diet- even if you cannot quit meat altogether , try not to eat that much starch /carbohydrates
  • Military diet– incorporate 30 minutes of exercise every day while  keeping calories intake below 1500 .
  • Peanut butter diet –  eat four table spoons of oily nut spread to crease sense of fullness to numb the appetite
  • Early sleep diet– sleep early to avoid temptation to eat snacks in the evening
  • Early dinner diet – finish dinner before 7 pm and not to eat anything afterwards
  • Two meals diet – Skip one meal each day so as to keep your calories intake below 1200 even without any exercise burn off
