Social welfare reform
- The HK Government should set aside substantial funding to sponsor quality counselling services which should be availablefor children and young people in schools , Universities and for members of the public encountering trauma or depression. The aim should be to help people to detect and alleviate emotional problems before they turn into mental break down , family break up or social tragedies.
- There should be adequate trustworthy anonymous hotline and social services to help victims of sexual abuse, mental abuse, physical abuse, physical bully, cyber bully, to seek assistance, report crimes and find safe routes out of their insecure and dangerous zone.
- There should be more quality day care center to help parents to take care of young kids , so as to release and increase proper working force .
- There should be more quality elderly centers to help members of the public to take care of elderly people, especially those who are sick and lonely . The aim should be to pay back our respect and tribute to those elderly people for their long years of contribution to society.
- There should be more government subvented quality residential units which can allow people to live with joy and contentment, not just cheap housing units resembling cold and ugly prison cells , hospital units or refugee quarters.
- To reduce traffic accidents rate , there should be satellite monitor of the speed and manner of driving of each vehicles to detect and punish any speeding conduct or failure to keep safe distance at all times.
